Is real money involved?
No. All currency, stocks, and transactions in Quidding are virtual and simulated. The app is purely educational.
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the app store where you purchased them (e.g., Apple App Store). You can cancel at any time, and you'll keep premium access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my child's account?
Email us at the address above from the parent or guardian's email, including the account email, and we'll delete the account and all associated data.
My streak disappeared — what happened?
Streaks require daily activity. You get up to 2 streak freezes that protect your streak for a missed day. Once those are used up, missing another day resets the streak to zero. Complete a lesson each day to keep it growing!
